He has a firm grasp on the pressure and obstacles that today's generation faces on a day to day basis because he's been there. Ashley has a unique background of experiences that he pulls from to communicate in a way that connects to people of all ages. Blending hard truth with humorous stories, Ashley has a gift to communicate practical principles in a way that helps people live lives of significance.
Ashley was raised in a blended family. His parents divorced when he was still a small child, so he has experienced the pain of divorce. Growing up in central Florida as an action sports addict, Ashley sought comfort and fun in surfing, skateboarding, wakeboarding, and just about anything else where he could numb the pain of the past. As he entered his teenage years, he got involved in using drugs and alcohol, which continued through the duration of his life. Eventually he found himself practically homeless, completely addicted, and filled with pain, insecurity, and anger.
Ashley needed answers.
Suddenly, he found what he always needed.
He discovered how key relationships can change the whole trajectory of a person's life. He discovered that through the power of community you can find freedom from addiction, pain, rage, and hate. Ashley found out how to live an amazing life and is passionate about passing that on to the next generation.
